I have always loved pilates, but pilates took me to a new level aimed specifically at my golf game when I took Back 9 pilates from Barbara. Working with Barbara and my other classmates on balance, rotation and the golf swing has improved my strength, swing and the distance of the shot. I highly recommend this class to all golfers no matter how experienced in golf or pilates. It is amazing how much more we can rotate after Barabara's expert guidance and instruction.
